Radisson Blu Hotel Nagpur is owned by  the  Bestech  Group,  a  prominent realty firm based in Gurgaon. Bestech had last year announced its intention to  open  49  mid-scale  Park  Inn  by Radisson hotels in North and Central India by 2024. The company currently manages a portfolio of five hotels, All wi th  Carlson,   including  three Radisson  hotels  in  Gurgaon,  Indore and Nagpur.
