Sir,

The recent influx of ADMs have foxed the already beleaguered Travel Agent. It is my understanding that No ADMs can be raised, other than those related to the Travel Document. If it is so, how is it that the Airlines are issuing these ADMs against the letter and spirit of Res.850m ? I understand from my friends in TAAI, that IATA has asked their President to bring-up the issue at the next APJC meeting. Here again, I would like to point out, that IAAI had requested both TAAI and TAFI, to take up this issue as far back as August 2009 and assured full support. Unfortunately, they did not respond. It is time we demand accountability from our APJC representatives. Further, can we demand a refund of all the money that is collected inappropriately through these ADMs?
